High Precision 4 Axis CNC Vertical Machining Center VMC 1160 High Rigidity
The 4 Axis VMC-1160 is one of the VMC series products taht independently developed and produced by our company. Like the other VMC series products, the 4 Axis VMC-1160 has a high-strength base and body which can bring extremely high stability for machining. This machine is equiped with a high speed, high precision and high rigidity 10000 RPM spindle, and the spindle has also passed the dynamic balance correction test before leaving the factory to ensure the accuracy. The machine is equipped with integrated bearing block. It can effectively improve the overall rigidity of the axial system and effectively avoid the rotation deformation of the screw. The base of this machine adopts the design of oil and water separation, which can not only prolong the service life of the chip fluid, but also reduce the cost and meet the requirements of environmental protection requirement. This machine is also equiped with a high speed and rigidity spindle nose which can absorb vibration, this spindle nose can effectively avoid the precision problem caused by vibration, such as the surface precision of workpiece is affected by tool vibration.
